ROUGH GUIDE - Eddie Bravo

ALEX REID, TIM LORD and GAZ RORRISTON go to Hollywood to meet EDDIE BRAVO.

At the foot of the Hollywood hills is LEGENDS GYM.
Originaly set up by Randy Couture and Bas Rutten, the gym is now home to 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu - and its founder - Eddie Bravo.

We went to Hollywood as a part of filming the ROUGH GUIDE series and caught up with a regular class that Eddie was teaching. Alex and Gaz jumped on the mats to train while Tim manned the camera.

There were some familier faces at the gym, DAN HARDY was there preparing for a fight, Former UFC Heavy Weight Champion - RICCO RODRIGUEZ was training, as was UK BJJ addict and possibly the most active BJJ fighter on the UK circuit - Oli Geddes!

We were in Vegas the day before travelling to Hollywood and our hotel was pretty much \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'on\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' the runway at LAX so we didnt have such a fresh start to finding the place! When we got there, we were a little early so we thought we would venture up to the Hollywood Hills and see what the sign said...

Eddie class was great, was expecting it to be rubber guard rubber guard rubber guard but was pleasently suprised to see how much \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'normal\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' jiu jitsu was taught! The level of sparring was good, very friendly place.
Eddie was cool to chat with after wards, very friendly guy as was everyone at the gym. Would definately recomend the visit if you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re in LA for some training!
